REALM Group Global (REALM, we, us) of 16 Hope Street, Warragul, Victoria 3820, Australia, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through realmgroupglobal.org, how we use it, and your choices.

- Name, email, password (kept securely by REALM Accounts, our own sign-in system), profile photo, or details from Google or Facebook if you sign in with them.
- Marketplace details
- Listing information, photos, country and location; for sellers, phone, email and licence or registration details; records of listing fees and contact unlock payments.
- Community content
- Comments, reactions, group posts and photos.
- Contact and newsletter
- Messages you send us and your subscription.
- Chat
- If you use the chat on this site, your messages (and the name and email you choose to give) go to the REALM Front Desk, run by REALM Group Global, where an automated assistant and our team can read and answer them. This website’s own assistant only uses the text of your message to find an answer on our published pages; it does not keep your messages, name or email.
- Technical data
- IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies.
2. How we use it
To run your account and the marketplace, process fees, verify licences, share seller contact details with buyers who unlock them or request them through support, send newsletters and notifications, moderate the community, prevent spam and fraud, and improve the site.
4. Storage and security
Your information is stored by our service providers and may be held outside your country. We use reasonable safeguards, including Cloudflare Turnstile bot checks, email verification and restricted admin access.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile, unsubscribe using the link in any email, and ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
6. Children
REALM is not intended for anyone under 18.
